At first you should know that you have to periodically delete IM log files, IM log library table files, CDR files, eServer run logs, and BMU run logs.
NOTE: Before deleting log files and database files, back them up
You can follow these steps for safely delete unwanted files and clear disk space:
1.Delete IM log files and IM log library table files.
-You can configure the BMU to automatically delete log files. The procedure is as follows:
a Log in to the BMU management system as the admin user.
b Choose System Management > System Configuration > System Parameter Configuration > Audit Configuration.
c Set log processing parameters.
Set the parameters shown in below figure
Modify Log Processing Time, Log Storage Duration, and Log Backup Directory based on the site requirements. For example, set these parameters to delete log files that are stored for more than 10 days.

d.Click Modify and click OK.
2.Delete historical CDR files.
-Configure periodic deletion of CDR files on the BMU.
-Choose System Management > System Configuration > System Parameter Configuration > Log Configuration. Set Delete CDRs to Enable, set CDR Storage Duration (Months), and click Modify, as shown in below figure

3. Delete server logs.
You need to periodically back up and delete historical log files to release disk space.
