Make reset saved-configuration under the user system, and restart the SW.
After configure reset saved-configuration. When restart equipment please choose do not save the current configuration files.
Notice: information that cleared and reconfigured can only become effective after the equipment rebooting, the current configuration unchanged. <Quidway>reset saved-configuration The configuration will be erased to reconfigure. Continue? [Y/N]:y <Quidway>reboot Warning: All the configuration will be saved to the configuration file for the n ext startup:, Continue?[Y/N]:n // At this time need choose n, if choose y the former configuration will save, restart is still the original configuration.

ctrl+B or ctrl+E into the BootRom

select 7  clear password for console user

after that you should choose the 1. Boot with default mode , (not choose the 8. Reboot.)

The easiest way, only two commands are needed:

# clear the saved configuration to default
<HUAWEI> reset saved-configuration
The configuration will be erased to reconfigure. Continue? [Y/N]:y \\\ press y

# Restart the device without saving current configuration
<HUAWEI> reboot fast

Then wait the device to boot, that's all.

You should follow the BOOTROM process. You can't enter the following commands under system-view if you forgot your password. :)
