Check whether the user account has expired to log in to the VCM server
Log in to the VCM as the admin user.
Choose System management > User Management > User list.
Click Edit for the user account that cannot properly login to the VCM and check whether the user account has expired.
If the user account has expired, reset the user account validity period.
Use Internet Explorer to log in to the VCM again.
If the login succeeds, no further action is required.
If the login fails, you will have to collect the logs
