Dear Pupu,

After the FusionSphere certificates are replaced on ManageOne Maintenance Portal, some hosts may be automatically isolated by the system. This section describes how to troubleshoot the fault.

Steps:

1. Log in to the Service OM web client.

For details, see Logging In to and Logging Out of Service OM.

2. Choose Services > Compute Resource > Hosts.

3. In the search criteria area, click All isolation statuses and select Isolate from the drop-down list to view all isolated hosts.

4. In the host list, obtain the management IP address of the host in the first row from the Management IP Address column.

5. Use PuTTY to log in to the target host using its management IP address.

The default account is fsp, and the default password is Huawei@CLOUD8.

The system supports both password and public-private key pair for identity authentication. If the public-private key pair is used for login authentication, see detailed operations in Using PuTTY to Log In to a Node in Key Pair Authentication Mode.

6. Run the following command and enter the password of user root to switch to user root:

su - root

The default password is IaaS@OS-CLOUD8!.

7. Import environment variables.

Enter 1 to import Keystone V3 environment variables.

8. Run the following command to check whether any host is automatically isolated:

nova service-list | grep disabled

A599809F-B493-AE44-A613-116FB06E2DFA:~ # nova service-list | grep disabled| 29 | nova-compute | 66D8C5E1-1800-7098-B211-D21D661D6433 | az1.dc1 | disabled | up | 2019-09-11T13:09:23.066208 | Auto: Connection to libvirt lost: 0 |

If yes, go to 9. If "Auto: Connection to libvirt lost: 0" is displayed in the eighth column in the command output, the host is automatically isolated.

If no, no further action is required.

9. Obtain the ID of the host that is automatically isolated from the third column in the command output.

10. On the Hosts page of Service OM, locate the row that contains the host ID that you record, and click De-isolate in the Operation column.

11. On the left of the Service OM page, switch to another deployment scenario, and repeat 2 to 10 until all the automatically isolated hosts in all deployment scenarios are de-isolated.
