Problem Description
Port 1 and Port 4 of Huawei switch is connected to CPE1 and CPE2.
For the application to work properly, bothCPE1 and CPE2 send out PDUs at every 2-second interval to headend controller, and ever 3-second interval towards the branch.
The PDUs are sent out on Port 4790 as UDP packets.
We are facing frequent disconnection inapplication.
Can you please diagnose and confirm whether the PDUs are getting forwarded or blocked on the switch.
Problem Analysis
As my checking, the switch is just an L2 switch
And there are no mac-address flapping records on this switch.

Info: The MAC address flapping record does not exist.
And I want to know whether there is ip-address for the UDP packet? If yes, we can do traffic statistics to check; if not, we need capture packet to confirm it is forwarded or blocked by switch.
Root Cause
this is just customer query
Solution Description
Tell the customer how to test the problem:
whether there is an ip-address for the UDP packet? If yes, we can do traffic statistics to check; if not, we need capture packet to confirm it is forwarded or blocked by switch.
