how to check the subscriber in the same pickup group no of U1960

Do you know how to check the subscriber in the same pickup group no of the U1960?

Don't worry, this topic will tell you.

Issue Description

The customer will use U1960 replace U1930, he will make a new configuration in U1960 depend on the U1930 configuration, but he can not check out the subscriber in the same pickup group no.

Handing Process

For co-pickup issue, you can see on pickup group id 1,2 and 11 that have cut off data extension, we can not see all of the subscribers in the same pickup group ID.

From CLI only show the total total of extension for the pickup groups, didn’t show about extension

Solution

we can use another command to check out what subscriber is in the same pickup group no:

show subscriber by pickupgroupno xxx
