Hello, pupu!

Please check the following command.

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the active Service OM node using the IP address corresponding to the OM-externalOM-Float-IP field.

Default username: fsp; default password: IaaS@OS-CLOUD9!

2. Run the following command to disable user logout upon system timeout:

TMOUT=0

3. Run the following command to query the Service OM version:

getFMInfo --detail

1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal using a browser.

The ManageOne Maintenance Portal homepage is displayed.

  • URL: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example, https://oc.type.com:31943.

  • Default username: admin; default password: Huawei12#$

2. Click Service OM in Common Links in the lower left corner, and select a region. The Service OM page is displayed.

3. Click About in the upper right corner to view the Service OM version number.
