Hello, I will share with you how to check TCM server.
1. Remotely log in to the TCM server and choose Start > All Programs > Centerm > Server Configuration Tool. Check whether the status of management and data servers is Running.

2. Check whether TCM is correctly connected to the database using the MySQL command line tool.
Open MySQL5.5 Command Line Client in the TCM start menu. Run a command in the command line window to check whether the TCM management system can correctly connect to the database (the password of the database username must be consistent with that configured in the server configuration tool).

3. Port 8000 of the TC that is telneted on the TCM server must be communicated properly. Port 8081 of TCM must be scanned on the TC by choosing control-network tools > port scan.
Follow instructions in section Ports Required in the CCCM Installation Manual that is delivered together with project documentation released by TCM to configure open policies for ports between TCs and TCM.
4. Locate CDMS Agent in the lower right corner of the TC and check which TCM manages the TC. If the TC is managed by other TCM (IP address of the management server is incorrect), manually switch to a new TCM server. Do not change TCM or modify the IP address of the TCM server if unnecessary.
Thanks!
