【problem description】

          After logging in to the VM through the WI, some software on the live network cannot be used (cannot be opened, cannot run, run error), etc. There is no problem to log in through vnc or rdp, or the AccessAgent component is uninstalled and the test is no problem.

【possible reason】

           May be caused by a registry key loaded by the agent component in the virtual machine


64-bit virtual machine

           Delete the key values ​​of the two paths below the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLS


32-bit virtual machine


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLS
