How to check if the Decoder Output Cable Is Properly Connected ?

1.     Go to the Video Wall tab page, and check and record the type of the decoder channel bound to the video wall pane, as shown in below figure

2.     Check whether the channel connected to the decoder output cable and the channel bound to the video wall pane are of the same type.

·         If no, connect the decoder output cable to the decoder channel of the same type as that bound to the video wall pane.
