How to check if the CPU usage and disk usage of each service server are within the normal ranges?

At first you have to know that If the CPU usage or disk usage of a server is high, services may run slowly on the server.

These are the standards :

• The CPU usage is less than 60%.
• The memory usage is less than 85%.
• The disk usage (space occupied) is less than 80%.

To check CPU and memory follow theses steps

1. Log in to each server as the administrator user.
2. Choose Start > Run.
3. Enter compmgmt.msc and press Enter. The Computer Management window is  displayed.
4. Click Disk Management on the left  pane to check the disk space usage.

   If the disk usage is greater than 85%, delete unnecessary system files in a timely manner. If the disk space is insufficient, consider expanding the capacity.
