On the PC where the IVS C/S client is installed, access the web pages of the camera and check whether live video can be properly played.
· If no, run the ping command to check whether the network between the camera and the IVS C/S client is properly connected.
§ If no, then the problem is related to network.
§ If yes, the camera must be faulty. Change the camera
· If yes, the camera is in good condition and the network between the camera and the IVS C/S client is properly connected
