How to check if IPC has video quality issue due to high packet loss ?

Steps:

1.Log in to the camera web page as the admin user.(The default password of the admin user is HuaWei123)

2.On the Preview page, view the value of Packet loss rateto check whether packet loss exists, as shown in below figure

If the value of Packet loss rate is not 0.00%, network packet loss exists. In this case, contact the network supplier.
If the value of Packet loss rate is 0.00%, the network is normal.
