Customer asked how to check and toubleshoot the NTP connectivity on U1981 from outside NTP server
Customer requirements :
_ Need to know How to configure external NTP on u1981
- Need How to check and troubleshoot the NTP status and connection from U1981 to external NTP server
Steps provided :
1- First of all we asked customer about U1981 version and he send us as per below snashot
2- Gave customer NTP configuration steps from u1981 web page
3- Asked customer to ping the NTP server from inside the U1981 using SSH on Putty
4- Check from NTP server that they enbale port 123 for NTP synchronization
5- Need to check the time on the U1981 as per below command snapshot
6- Need to check the NTP status on the U1981 as per below exmple and the status should be success other wise it is failed and not synchronzing
