How to check and change wifi password of E5783B

Hi there.


I forgot my E5783B-230 wifi password.

I need to check and change it, what should I do?

Should I login to the device to operate in certain places or can I do so in a smart home app?

Hi friend.


Please refer to the following three methods:


Method 1: Log in to the web-based management page and choose Advanced > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Security Settings > Options. Then check and change the Wi-Fi password in Wi-Fi password.

Method 2: Log in to the web-based management page and choose Wi-Fi Settings > Wi-Fi Basic Settings. Then check and change the Wi-Fi password in Wi-Fi password.

Method 3: Log in to the HUAWEI SmartHome app and choose Tools > Advanced settings > Wi-Fi settings > My Wi-Fi. Then, check and change the Wi-Fi password under Password.
