1. The online duration is determined by the global parameter Web Timeout Interval for Wireless Terminals specified by the administrator.
2. The authentication success page cannot be closed on a fixed terminal. The web browser sends heartbeat packets to the Portal server at an interval specified in global parameters. If the authentication success page is closed, the web browser cannot send heartbeat packets to the Portal server, causing user offline after the session times out.
Choose System > Terminal Configuration > Local Parameters, and set the Online Duration Limitation properly.
