  Rewarded Hi-coins: 0 (problem resolved)

The only option that I found the old password is required, but I don't have it and it was changed some time in the past.

The option "password-smc" it only allows me to change it if I know the old password, which is not the case;

The option "recover-default-password" it appears to me that is not working for application layer accounts;

I really need to add this SC to SMC.

Help will be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, JCC!

Welcome to our community!

If you forget the SC password, you can do the following steps to resolve it!

  1. Connect to the database.

  2. Change the encrypted password to default.

  3. Restart the SC.

As the operation of the database is a high-risk operation, please create a ticket to resolve it.

Or you can re-install the SC to resolve it!

Thanks!

Best wishes!
