You cannot directly change the name of a CIFS Normal
shared directory. Perform the following steps to change the name:
1.
Delete the share that you want to change.
a.
Log in to the ISM.
b.
On the right navigation bar, click

c.
In the function pane, click
.
You are navigated to the page for managing the clustered
NAS engine.
d.
On the right navigation bar, click
.
e.
In the left NAS Service area,
click CIFS Share.
f.
Select the CIFS Normal share that you want
to change.
g.
On the menu bar, choose Normal Share > Delete.
The Warning dialog box is displayed.
h.
Ensure that no service is running and select I have read the warning message carefully.
i.
Click OK.
The Result dialog box is displayed.
j.
Click Close.
2.
Create a share.
a.
On the menu bar, choose Normal Share > Create.
The Create
CIFS Normal Share dialog box
is displayed.
b.
Set Share
Name to the desired name.
c.
Keep the other parameters' values consistent
with that of the deleted share.
d.
After the setting is completed, click OK.
The Result dialog box is displayed.
e.
Click Close.
