How to change the IVS3000 IP address.

Problem Analysis

1. Confirmed the product type and version: CloudIVS 3000 V100R019C20.

2. Confirmed the customer needed to change external management, service, and IBMC IP addresses.
   

3. The IP planes must be indifferent IP segment.
   

4. Checked relevant product document and consulted with R&D for the IP address change scheme.
   

Root Cause

The customer needed to change external management, service, and IBMC IP addresses due to the IP conflict issues.

Solution Description

Sent the operation guide of modifying ip address to the customer and advised the customer to do the following steps :

1. Disable the automatic backup function.
   

2. Changing the IP addresses and VLAN IDs.
   

3. Configuring a switch (onsite environment).
   

4. Modifying the external address pool and change the floating IP address of the two-node cluster.
   

5. Configure the floating gateway IP addresses fora cluster.
   

6. Connecting the surveillance platform to the analysis platform.
   

7. Checking after modification.
   

8. Enable the automatic backup function
