Problem Description
OSN 1800 New NE 0 subrack is changed to 1 and cannot be logged in to the subrack with the WebLCT
Problem Analysis
The frontline engineers incorrectly modified the master subrack to 1 subrack, because the master-slave subrack mode weblct can only log in to the master subrack. Therefore, you need to modify subrack ID, perform the following steps:
Root Cause
1800 only can be logged in by the master subrack. However, if an incorrect subrack ID is changed, you need to forcibly log in to the as the master subrack after changing the sw1 dip switch on the main board
Solution Description
system control and cross-connect board after forcibly set as the master subrack can be logged in normally.
