Hello, everyone!

Today, I'd like to share you how to change the NCE system login mode.

Background

When we perform maintenance operations on the system (for example, adjusting the role to which a user is attached, managed objects, or operation rights), we need switch to the single-user login mode to prevent other users' operations from affecting the system maintenance operations. In single-user mode, only user admin can log in to the system on one terminal, and other online users on this terminal will be forced to log out.

Solution

Open the Security Management app and choose Security Settings from the main menu.

In normal cases, the system runs in this mode. and we should switch the system to the multi-user mode immediately after finishing maintenance so that other users can use the system.
