I will share with you how to calculate the efficiency of transmission PWE3 service.
PW Rate Limiting Principle：
Service packet of customer：
Fixed overhead：
1. There is a fixed overhead of 20 bytes between two adjacent frames of Ethernet packets（L）；
2. A 30-byte MPLS header needs to be added to service packets；
PWrate limitation is based on entire PW L1 frame (overhead +MPLS header(30 Byte)+Ethernet Frame);
Formula:
UNI L1= Actual PIR × (frame set + L1 overhead )/(frame set+L1 overhead+MPLS Head+2)
