Hi, Community!

This post enquires about the procedure of how to bridge a port of HG8245Q2 to a specific VLAN with TR-069 or GUI. Please see more details below.

Huawei HG8245Q2

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

I want to bridge a specific port of our routers for a TV box behind the router to a specific VLAN. I have already created another network connection and changed the mode to bridged. Unfortunately, the LAN DHCP is still serving on the bridged ports and the bridged device is getting the IP address from it (instead from our core router). What can I do?

 service-port 74 vlan 101 gpon 0/1/1 ont 1 gemport 2 multi-service user-vlan 101 tag-transform translate inbound traffic-table index 7 outbound traffic-table index 6

 service-port 75 vlan 200 gpon 0/1/1 ont 1 gemport 1 multi-service user-vlan 200 tag-transform translate inbound traffic-table index 1 outbound traffic-table index 1

 service-port 76 vlan 102 gpon 0/1/1 ont 1 gemport 3 multi-service user-vlan 102 tag-transform translate inbound traffic-table index 1 outbound traffic-table index 1

Maybe somebody can help me with the procedure of how to bridge a port of HG8245Q2 to a specific VLAN with TR-069 or GUI? Thanks in advance!

Dear user,

Please remove the bridge type WAN interface and set the default VLAN for the eth port.

In this case, just setting the ONT port native VLAN is enough.

For example:

huawei(config-if-gpon-0/1)#ont port native-vlan
{ portid<U><0,3> }:1
{ ontid<U><0,63> }:1
{ eth<K>|iphost<K>|moca<K>|vdsl<K>|wifi<K> }:eth
{ ont-portid<U><1,24> }:1
{ priority<K>|vlan<K> }:vlan
{ vlanid<U><0,4095> }:102
{ <cr>|priority<K> }:

Command:

ont port native-vlan 1 1 eth 1 vlan 102
