You need to backup the NE configuration data during routine maintenance, to ensure that the system control, switching, and timing board of the NE automatically restores to normal operation after data loss or equipment power failure.
As prerequisites:
You are an NM user with "Maintenance group" or higher
You have logged in to an NE user with system-level rights.
As a procedure:
1. Choose Configuration > NE Configuration Data Management from the main menu
2. In the object tree on the left, select NE and click -> (blue icon)
3. In configuration Data Management List, select one or multiple NE`s.
4. Click Back up NE Data and choose Back up Database to SCC
5. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box.
6. The operation result dialog box is displayed. After the backup is successful, click Close.
