Message Indicating a Security Certificate Information Displayed Upon Your Visit to the Server
Symptom
When you access the WAS, Agent Server, ICS Server or CMS Server using a web browser, the message "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." shown in Figure 1 is displayed.

Possible Cause
The WAS, Agent Server, ICS Server or CMS Server does not have any security certificate loaded.
The loaded security certificate has expired or become invalid.
Solution
The following uses the CMS Server as an example to describe how to resolve the certificate problem.

Click Continue to this website (not recommended).
Click Certificate Error in the address box.
Click View certificates.
Click Install Certificate, as shown in Figure 2.

Click Next.
Save the CMS Server security certificate to Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click Next, as shown in Figure 3.

Click Finish.
Click Yes, as shown in Figure 4.

Restart the browser and access the CMS Server again.
