How to apply for and import storage licenses

1. Import the license.

a. In the navigation tree, select a storage device, and click the Settings node.

b. In the function pane, click License Management in the Basic Settings group box.

The License Management dialog box is displayed.

c. Click Inactivated License tab.

d. Click Import.

The Select the License File to Be Imported dialog box is displayed.

e. Select the license file.

f. Click Open.

g. Click OK.

Activate the license.

a. Click Activate.

The Information dialog box is displayed.

b. Read the contents in the dialog box carefully. After confirming the information, click OK.

The Information dialog box is displayed, stating operation succeeded.

c. Click OK.

d. Click Close. The License Management dialog box is closed.
