    1. Enter the DVR name.
    2. Set Driver to T28181.
    3. Enter a customized 10-digit or 20-digit code for connecting the DVR to the MPU.
    4. Enter the verification password for the DVR to connect to the MPU. The password can be either the user password for logging in to the DVR or a customized verification code. However, the password must be the same as the verification password specified when setting platform connection parameters on the DVR web page. Here, passwd is used as an example.

  5. Click OK.

The newly added DVR is in offline state. The DVR can properly go online only after platform connection parameters are set on the DVR web page.

  6. Double-click the DVR to obtain the device code 26567011551320000000 preceding the number sign (#).

    2. Enter the user name and password for logging in to the DVR.
    3. Choose Settings > Basic Configuration > Platform Connection Parameters.
    4. Set the platform connection parameters.
    5. Click OK.
    6. Choose Settings > Basic Configuration > Time Configuration.
    7. Configure the NTP clock source.
    8. Click OK.
