Add decoder to the IVS client

The decoder has two passwords: The admin password and the business password.

When adding a decoder to the IVS client, the business password should be used. So we have to change the business password first.

1. Log in to the decoder via the web.

2. Change the business password under the admin password.
   

3. Add a decoder to the IVS Client via the business password.
