How to access Huawei AR511 by microUSB Console

Dear Community,

I am newer in huawei enviroment, but recenctly our organization bougth huawei Ar511 series, but juring configuration a think we made some mistake on credential configuration, now we cant get access to tha device.

Our idea is to get that device by console to restore it to default configuration, but we have another problem, because first we must to install ar511 huawei driver for windows 10, the question are:

were can we found driver for that device?

Help us, There is another mecanism to restore the default configuration by webcosole?

Please guys, help us in this situation.
