Hi,
Whether switches have fans depends on device models. Some devices have fan subcards, some devices have built-in fans, and some devices do not have fans and use natural heat dissipation.
Devices that have fan subcards or built-in fans use the intelligent fan speed adjustment policy by default. That is, fans automatically adjust the fan speed based on the current device temperature.

  • (Recommended) Run the set fan speed-adjust threshold minus command to set the temperature thresholds for fan speed adjustment so that you can increase the fan speed.

  • (Used with caution) Run the temperature threshold command to set the temperature alarm threshold Upper(C) to be smaller than the current device temperature Current(C). Subsequently, fans rotate at full speed.
