How many LDP sections are necessary for an MPLS network?

Regards.

In the network that I administer I have three rings where an S9306E is the central point of the network, counting the central Switch the rings are of 4 maximum elements, some elements of these rings have chain nodes against this one with MPLS functionality, the elements of my network are S9306E, S5320, ATN910B and ATN950 C. The network was launched by the investment and technical assistance group. But I have the following doubts there is a network element that almost all nodes have been declared as remote peers, but other elements are not. The VLL and VPLS services work seemingly well as there are no complaints. Is there any design criteria to establish remote peer LDPs? How they impact on the network to have more than the peer LDP declared?

@Datawizard hello,
well, actually, I'm not sure about your problem, maybe you can draw a simple topology to explain it.
