Background

Scenario : This type of problem often occurs during maintenance. I want to share a EC product case. How Does the U1900 Series Start the FTPD Service on eSpace UC.

Version: eSpace UC V200R003

Method introduction & Solution

1.       After the JRE and FTPServer are installed on the Windows Server 2008 R2, the FTPD service fails to be started and the following log information is displayed: [174 javajni.c] [error] The specified module could not be found. [947 prunsrv.c] [error] Failed creating java [1202 prunsrv.c] [error] ServiceStart returned 1

2.       Copy the msvcr100.dll file from %JAVA_HOME%/bin/ under the JRE installation directory to the apache-ftpserver-1.0.6/bin/ directory, and restart the FTPD service.
