how does the s5720 transmit the packets encapsulated with two vlan tags

As far as I know, the switch will accept the packets encapsulated with the vlan tag which are allowed by the interface.

What I am wondering is that how will the switch transmit the packets those encapsulated with two vlan tags, will the switch just drop it or forward these packets based on the vlan tag?

As you said, the switch will transmit the packets encapsulated with vlan tags which are allowed by the interface.
when the packets with two vlan tags encapsulated, it will transmit these packets based on the outter vlan tag, if the packets are sent to the switch, then both two vlan tags will be removed and the hand over the upper data to the switch itself.
