Dear customer,

About  file dumping:

1. If the file is transferred, will the network interruption continue?

When the file is dumped, if the network is interrupted, the file being dumped at the time of the interruption will be re-stored after re-linking.

2. After the network disk is configured, will the video be transferred to the network disk, does it affect the on-demand?

After the network disk is configured, all videos will be transferred to the network disk in the early morning, which does not affect the on-demand.

3. After ftp is dumped, does deleting the local file affect the on-demand?

After ftp is dumped, if the local file is deleted, the video will not be available for on-demand.

4. Which files are transferred depending on the files on the ftp server?

Which files are transferred depends on the file records in the database, regardless of the files on ftp.
