How does a TE40 connect to MS Skype for Business?

• the peer site has already joined the conference;

• the firewall blocked the call information;

• GK server is down.

How to configure the TE30 in order to be integrated with Skype for Business (Lync 2013)

1. Introduction of  the environment

If the Lync2013 environment is configured like this, TE30 can be configured according to the method described in the document.

The Lync2013 Server Address: 200.55.52.58

The Domain Name of the Lync2013 Server: lync13.ocs2013test.com

The AD Server Address: 200.55.52.57

The Account Number available on the Lync2013 Server: 100101~100109@ocs2013test.com

The Password of the account: admin

 

2. The configuration in TE30

a) Click options like this : System Settings -> Network

        b) Click H.323/SIP Settings to enter the configuration of SIP like the following:

Server address: fill in the Lync server’s IP or domain name . If it’s filled in the server’s domain name ,the TE30’s DNS server must be the AD server.

Site number: fill in the number available on the Lync2013 server.

User name: fill in user name corresponding in the AD server (the default numbers in the group are the same as the venue No.)

Password: fill in the password of the account.

Server type: select OCS

Transmission type: select TLS or TCP , but UDP is not supported.

SSL version: select TLS1.0

Video request handing: when the other side changes the audio request to the video request in an audio conference, it determine endpoint how to respond to the request.

       c) If the Server address is filled with the domain name of Lync2013 server, the DNS address must be configured. Click System Settings -> Network ->IP

  d) The switch of audio request and video request is here: Conference ->Switch Between Audio and Video.

e) TE30 (version:V100R001C10) support the video protocol of RTV and H.264 UC when TE and Lync client establish a call.Click System Settings ->Conference ->Audio and Video Protocols

I try to make the same procedure between my TE40 and Skype Business for O365 but without result...

I think you can delete :443 in the server adress and i don't understand where i can find "Conference service number" and URI.
