Welcome to the Huawei enterprise community. For technical maintenance personnel of Huawei products, we often encounter works of downloading or software (hereinafter referred to as software). This time, I'd like to take OptiX OSN 1800 as an example to share with you how to obtain the software of Huawei products.
Step 1: find the download page of the software.
a. Click TECHNICAL SUPPORT to open the homepage of the Huawei technical support website and log in to the website using the registered account.
b. In the preceding screenshots, select the product type of the device.
Go to the product list, and find the corresponding product model.
Alternatively, you can enter the product page by using the search function on the home page of Huawei technical support website.
c. Click the product model to go to the product page and switch to the download page of the software.
Note: If the following screenshot is displayed on your web page, please click here to upgrade the permission. If the problem persists, contact your device vendor to obtain the software.
Step 2: Download the software.
a. Click the required software version and enter a new page.
b. On the software page, select the software and click Download. (You are advised to download the software together with the upgrade manual)
Note: In this step, your permissions are checked again. If the system displays a message indicating that you do not have the download permission, please enter the correct information on the page that appears and submit the application. When the approval worker approves, you will be notified by email, and you will be given permission to download the software.
