HOW DO WE CONFIGURE ALARM TO BE NOTFIED BY SMS IN NCE MA5603T

HI, could you please assist, I would like  to be notified by sms by the system when there is a cable cut alarm in MA5603T NCE fan. how do I enable it to send to email and sms.

This problem has been confirmed before:


Devices cannot report device faults and exceptions through SMS messages.


You can use the NMS to check the device status. If the device is abnormal, an alarm is reported.

I mean external alarms to report on my phone by sms e.g when there is a cable cut alarm.

Hi, friend!
Yes, I understand what you mean, but I'm sorry that the device abnormality status can only be reported on the NMS (NCE and U2000).
