Scenario : How Do Query Device of the basic status check on the SysPoral which the EC solution of the on-premises or SP hosted model?

Method introduction & Solution

Perform the following steps:

On-premises or SP network

Log in to the uPortal server and query the Signaling IP address on the sysPortal web page.

1. Log in to the uPortal as the admin user.

2. Click Device Configuration. The page is displayed.                                            

3.Click Basic Status Check, The page is displayed
