Step 1 Start MCCServer1 and shut down MCCServer2, and verify the
voice and video call service by performing the Verifying Voice and Video
Services > Verifying Services in Commissioning Guide .
- If a video call is successfully established, MCCServer1 is working
properly. Proceed to step 2.
- If a video call fails to be established, MCCServer1 is not working
properly. Verify that Tomcat, Apache, and High Availability Cluster Server
(HACS) on MCCServer1 are correctly installed and started by referring to
Installing the MCC in the eSpace VTM Software Installation Guide.
Step
2 Shut down MCCServer1 and start MCCServer2, and repeat step 1 to verify the
running status of MCCServer2.
Step 3 If the voice and video call service
is available on both MCCServer1 and MCCServer2, the MCC two-node cluster is
running properly.
After the verification is complete, ensure that both
servers are started.
