How do I upgrade the CloudIVS 3000 to V100R019C50SPC1?

Hi, team!

I have a CloudIVS 3000 device that needs to be upgraded to V100R019C50SPC100. 

Please help me.

The CloudIVS 3000 cannot be directly upgraded from V100R19C10SPC120 to V100R019C50SPC100. The upgrade path is as follows:

  1. Upgrade the CloudIVS 3000 from V100R19C10SPC120 to V100R19C20SPC300. For details, see CloudIVS 3000 V100R019C20SPC300 Upgrade Guide.

  2. Upgrade the CloudIVS 3000 from V100R19C20SPC300 to V100R019C50SPC100. For details, see CloudIVS3000 V100R019C50SPC100 Upgrade Guide.

How do I view the CloudIVS 300 Version?

1. Log in to the CSP OM portal as the admin user.
2. Choose Application Configuration > Configuration Management > Configuration > Application Name > Local Domain > Local Domain and obtain the version number.
