Choose appropriate procedures based on the version.
•V200R003C10 and later versions 1.Stop the WLAN Management service.
a.Log in to the Windows operating system as a user in the Administrators group. Choose eSight > eSight Console. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Stop.
2.Use the IP address change tool to synchronize the eSight IP address.
a.Choose eSight > eSight Console. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Stop.
b.In the dialog box that is displayed, click Yes.
c.In the dialog box that is displayed, click Yes.
NOTE:
For the Windows operating system, synchronize the IP address of the server monitored by the SQL Server database and start the listener. For details, see How Do I Change the IP Address Listened by the SQL Server Database?.
3.Perform the following operations to change the RTLS Server IP address configured on the WLAN Management.
a.Log in to the server where the network traffic collector is deployed as an operating system user from the Administrators group. Choose eSight > eSight Console. In the eSight Console dialog box that is displayed, click Stop.
b.Choose eSight > tools > NTA Connect Tool.
c.In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the changed IP address and SSH password, and click OK.
The system starts to configure the RTLS Server IP Address to WLAN Management. During the configuration, do not close the window. Perform operations as prompted.
When the configuration is complete, the RTLS Server restarts to make the configuration take effect.
