Service Scenario
The following describes the scenario of activating, using, and deactivating the call-out restriction service.
Activating the service
User A picks up the phone and dials *54*KSSSSSS#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is activated successfully.
NOTE:
The call-out restriction service has been enabled for user A.

Using the service
User A initiates a restricted call. An announcement is played, indicating that the call fails. User A initiates a call that is not restricted, and the call is connected.
Deactivating the service
User A picks up the phone and dials #54*KSSSSSS#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is deactivated successfully.
NOTE:
For a SIP phone user (for example, user A) , if user A does not want the password to be displayed on the phone address book, user A can deactivate the service as follows: Picks up the phone, dials #54#, and after hearing beeps, dials KSSSSSS#.
Precautions
The service can be deactivated only when the entered value of K is the same as the activated value and the service password is correct.
The call-out restriction service does not affect incoming calls.
I have a U1911 and the version is V200R003. I need to do some restriction on one IP phone so that not all IP phones can call him, only selected persons can make call.
