When ever I tried connecting my Wi-Fi to my phone it always says authentical problem so I want it reset

This is not the right forum, this forum is for enterprise equipment. Your issue is from a mobile phone you need to ask in the consumer forum.

By the way, when you have the issue "authentical problem" is because you put wrong the password. You need to forget the network and type again.
