Q: How do I query the CTI version?
A: Log in to the web configuration console and click About in the upper right corner.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the web configuration console as the system administrator or a VDN administrator.
Step 2 Click About in the upper right corner. The CTI version is displayed, as shown in Figure 1-1.
