How do I power on the system after abnormal power-off?

How do I power on the system after abnormal power-off for my storage device? Thank you.

Dear Axe,
After the server is powered off unexpectedly and then powered on, ensure that all services are running properly.
The service deployment system can automatically start services after the server OS is powered on. There is no requirement on the server power-on sequence. After the system is powered on, all services automatically recover.
