Operation procedure:

Check whether the AP exists.
Check whether the VAP of the AP is fully configured.
Check whether the radio interface is bound to the radio profile.
Check whether the service set is configured correctly and bound to the radio interface.
Check whether the configuration is committed.
Check whether the AP works properly and whether the configuration is delivered successfully.
