How Do I Handle the Problem that an NTP Service IP Address Fails to Be Added?

An NTP service IP address fails to be added and the message saying "Please examine the time server of NTP Service IP" is displayed. However, no fault is detected after a check on the time server of the NTP service IP. How to rectify the issue?

Add the route to the root IP address of the physical network adapter of the eAPP again, for example, eth0 or eth1, instead of eth0:0, eth0:1, eth1:0, or eth1:1.
