After a reset, the MA5616 reads the time saved previously from the virtual static random access memory (VSRAM) and calculates the system time using a specified algorithm. The save command, which is run before a system reset, cannot save the system time.

To ensure that the system time is correct after a system reset, change the system time and run the following commands to save the time:

huawei(config)#diagnose
huawei(diagnose)%%save vsram
The information of VSRAM is saved to flash successfully
