Hi Hobbit,
DHCP messages are transmitted using the User Datagram Protocol (UDP). A DHCP client uses UDP port 68 to send messages to a DHCP server, and a DHCP server uses UDP port 67 to send messages to a DHCP client.
Therefore, to prevent the interface from receiving DHCP messages, limit these two ports (or only limit 68).
The main configurations are as follows:
acl number 3000
rule 5 deny udp destination-port eq bootps(68)
rule 10 deny udp destination-port eq bootpc(67)
#
interface GigabitEthernet0/0/2
traffic-filter inbound acl 3000
