Q: How do I configure rights for specified agents?
A: Agent rights are defined through agent roles. You can modify agent rights using either of the following methods as a VDN administrator: (1) Directly modify rights for the role of specified agents. (2) Add an agent role and change the role of specified agents.

You can choose one of the two methods based on the site requirements.

Procedure
The following uses method 2 as an example to describe the procedure.
Step 1 Log in to the web configuration console as a VDN administrator (ID: 101).
Step 2 Choose Web Configuration Console > VDN1 Configuration > Agent Role > Agent Role. On the page that is displayed, click Add.
Step 3 Configure rights for the role. The following assumes that you need to add the National Outgoing Call and International Outgoing Call rights for agents.

Step 4 Choose Web Configuration Console > VDN1 Configuration > Agent.
Step 5 Find the agents whose rights need to be modified, click the edit button, and change the role of these agents.
