Q: How do I configure rights for specified agents?

A: Agent rights are defined through agent roles. You can modify agent rights using either of the following methods as a VDN administrator: (1) Directly modify rights for the role of specified agents. (2) Add an agent role and change the role of specified agents.

Background

You can choose one of the two methods based on the site requirements.

Only the rights of specified agents are modified.
